The position of the Personal Assistant to the Directors and the CEO requires the person to assist the management team in the day-to-day operation of our client organization including full administrative support to the Directors and the team.
General Duties and Responsibilities,
The Personal Assistant duties and responsibilities include working closely with the Directors, assist with the execution of all the needs of the Directors and the CEO.
The responsibilities of the Personal Assistant include the following (non-exhaustive):
- To assist and support the Directors and the CEO;
- To help with the correspondence and the phone calls of the Directors;
- To manage the diaries and organize the meetings and the appointments of the Directors where requested;
- To be knowledgeable and to remind the Directors of important tasks and deadlines;
- To be able to type, compile and prepare any reports, letters and correspondence on behalf of the Directors;
- To manage databases and filling systems in the office;
- To assist with the organizing of events and other projects
- To collect and file any expenses occurred related to the Directors where required;
- To conduct research on behalf of the Directors and the CEO where required;
- To respond the telephone calls in a professional and polite manner and provide assistance and information on requests to the Directors, the CEO, the customers, the partners and/or other members of our client;
- To remain knowledgeable on all the occurrences happening in our client company;
- To liaise with co-workers, suppliers and ensure proper customer service;
- To build productive trust relationships with the co-workers and the customers;
- To overlook the cleaner’s duties including checking her time schedule, communicating to her specific responsibilities and supervises the quality of the work performed;
- To be able to organise travel arrangements for the Directors and the CEO including liaising with airlines, hotels, drivers etc.;
- To greet visitors, customers and appointments of the Directors
- To organize the Directors’ personal commitments where required;
Background and Education:
- Qualification: A holder of any secretarial degree will be considered an advantage;
- Experience: Any relevant experience is welcome;
- Languages: good knowledge of the English and Greek languages. The knowledge of the Russian language or any other language will be considered an advantage

Overtime / Weekend Work Prospect:
The Personal Assistant may be required to work overtime depending on the schedule of the Directors and the CEO.
Remuneration – Benefits:
- 2.300€ -3.300€ gross salary
- 13th salary
- Extra Bonus
