Qualification Requirements:
-Experience in a similar position.
• Graduate of a Technical School or Higher Education institution in an engineering-related field.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and skilled across a wide range of production operations.
• Excellent written and verbal knowledge of the Greek language.
• Excellent computer skills.
• Integrity, discretion, and the ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
Job Responsibilities:
-Sets molds on Injection & Extrusion machines.
• Starts Injection & Extrusion machines.
• Studies and learns in depth the operation of the machines, their components, and the peripheral equipment.
• Ensures that during the execution of duties, all parts of the production line are operating properly and immediately reports any malfunctions or issues to the supervisor.
• Understands the correct and safe use of all machines and equipment, uses all necessary Personal Protective Equipment (PPE), and informs the Shift Supervisor if additional equipment is needed to ensure safety and health.
• Follows all established procedures related to tasks performed, material handling, quality control, and all departmental procedures.
• Supervises, coordinates, and assigns tasks to machine operators and cleaners.
• Contributes to the cleanliness and orderliness of the workspace.
• Instructs machine operators on their assigned machines and ensures that they follow work instructions.
• Monitors, inspects, and ensures that the produced items meet quality standards.
• Operates lifting equipment.
• Ensures that machines and auxiliary equipment are used correctly and efficiently according to work orders and production data.
• Participates in the training of newly hired operators on the proper and safe use and operation of machines and equipment.
• Participates in inventory counting.
• Ensures timely availability of necessary supplies for task completion.
• Ensures proper organization of their shift.
Remuneration – Benefits:
-Starting Salary: From €1,500 to €2,000 gross salary
• 13th and 14th salary
• Provident Fund after 6 months of employment (employer contribution 5.25%)
• Continuous training / Participation in training programs
• 21 days of annual leave, increasing with years of service
• 17 paid public holidays
