Our client is a well-known furniture company specializing in high-end furniture and is seeking to hire a professional, offer a competitive compensation package, and support their development into a Store Manager role.
RETAIL SALES EXECUTIVE

The Retail Sales Executive is responsible for driving sales, delivering excellent customer service, and supporting daily store operations. The role focuses on understanding customer needs, promoting products effectively, and contributing to a positive in-store experience that builds brand loyalty and meets sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
– Greet customers and assist them in identifying products that meet their needs
-Promote and sell products while achieving individual and store sales targets
-Maintain in-depth knowledge of products, features, and promotions
-Process sales transactions accurately using POS systems
-Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns in a professional manner
-Ensure merchandise is properly displayed and stocked
-Monitor inventory levels and report low stock to management
-Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor
-Support promotional campaigns and seasonal sales activities
-Adhere to company policies, procedures, and retail standards
Requirements and Qualifications
-Bachelor’s degree is a plus
-Proven experience in retail sales or customer service (preferred)
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills
-Ability to upsell and cross-sell products effectively
-Customer-focused mindset with a positive attitude
-Basic math and cash-handling skills
-Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays

Benefits:
-Salary: Depending on experience (from €1,700 to €1,900 net per month),
–13th salary
