The Marketing Manager supports the strategic marketing and communication objectives of our client by coordinating marketing activities, developing campaigns, strengthening the Group’s brand presence, and ensuring consistent communication across all subsidiaries.

Position Purpose

The Marketing Manager is responsible for the planning, organization, implementation, and monitoring of the Company’s marketing and communication strategy. The role ensures the effective promotion of the Company’s products, services, and projects, strengthens brand awareness and corporate image, and guarantees consistent branding and communication across all channels.

The Marketing Manager reports directly to the General Manager and collaborates closely with all departments to support the achievement of the Company’s strategic and operational objectives.

The position is responsible for the smooth and efficient operation of the Marketing Department and for implementing the Company’s vision, strategic direction, and policies as defined by Management. The Marketing Manager must maintain strict confidentiality and ensure that the Company is not exposed to unnecessary risks.

Key Duties and Responsibilities

1. Marketing Strategy and Planning

  • Develop, propose, and implement the Company’s marketing, branding, communication, and public relations strategies.
  • Prepare and present the annual marketing budget, marketing plans, action plans, and resource allocation requirements for approval by Management.
  • Ensure the effective implementation of the approved annual marketing program.
  • Monitor marketing performance and recommend corrective actions and improvements where necessary.
  • Promote the Company’s products, services, solutions, and major projects through structured marketing initiatives.
  • Ensure the efficient utilization of financial, technological, and human resources within the department.

2. Corporate Branding and Communications

  • Develop and maintain a strong and consistent corporate identity across all communication channels.
  • Design and implement initiatives that strengthen brand awareness and corporate reputation.
  • Manage internal and external communication activities, public relations initiatives, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Coordinate the preparation and distribution of promotional, informational, and corporate communication materials.
  • Ensure consistency of messaging throughout all business units and subsidiaries.

3. Digital Marketing and Content Management

  • Manage and develop the Company’s website, e-commerce platform, social media channels, and digital presence.
  • Develop and implement monthly and annual digital marketing plans.
  • Coordinate the creation of content for websites, newsletters, social media platforms, brochures, presentations, videos, advertisements, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance through key performance indicators (KPIs), including website traffic, engagement, conversion rates, customer acquisition, and return on investment (ROI).
  • Ensure timely and professional responses to inquiries, comments, and communications received through digital channels and social media.

4. Advertising Campaigns, Promotions and Events

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute advertising and promotional campaigns to increase brand visibility and support sales growth.
  • Organize and manage exhibitions, trade shows, conferences, roadshows, corporate events, and other promotional activities.
  • Monitor the progress and effectiveness of all marketing projects and campaigns.
  • Develop customer acquisition initiatives and lead-generation activities.
  • Support retail and corporate sales teams through targeted marketing campaigns and promotional activities.

5. Creative Development and External Partnerships

  • Collaborate closely with advertising agencies, graphic designers, production companies, printers, media partners, and other external suppliers.
  • Ensure that all agreed marketing activities are delivered according to schedule, budget, and quality standards.
  • Coordinate the creation of visual materials, promotional assets, advertising content, and communication campaigns.
  • Prepare advertising scripts, promotional messages, and other marketing-related content when required.
  • Ensure all marketing materials comply with the Company’s branding guidelines and standards.

6. Market Research and Competitive Analysis

  • Conduct market research to monitor industry developments, customer expectations, competitor activities, and emerging trends.
  • Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market data to support strategic decision-making.
  • Identify opportunities for growth, product promotion, and market expansion.
  • Provide recommendations to Management regarding marketing opportunities, competitive positioning, and customer engagement strategies.

7. Budget Management and Reporting

  • Prepare, manage, and monitor the Marketing Department’s budget.
  • Ensure cost-effective allocation of marketing resources and expenditures.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation related to marketing activities.
  • Submit regular performance reports to Management.
  • Present detailed four-monthly performance reviews including:
    • Marketing ROI
    • Sales performance generated through marketing activities
    • Website and e-commerce conversion rates
    • Online advertising effectiveness
    • Newsletter performance
    • Customer acquisition metrics
    • Digital engagement indicators

8. Cross-Departmental Collaboration

  • Maintain close cooperation with the Sales, Retail, Corporate Sales, Purchasing, Technical Services, and Customer Service Departments.
  • Support marketing activities across all physical stores and business units.
  • Coordinate communication programs, promotional campaigns, and public relations initiatives with the Sales Department.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Sales to develop targeted campaigns and communications for business clients.
  • Work with the Purchasing Department to identify new products and market opportunities.
  • Cooperate with the Technical Department in promoting technical services and solutions.
  • Ensure effective internal communication regarding marketing activities, campaigns, and events.

9. Leadership and Human Resources Management

  • Lead, supervise, and motivate the Marketing Department team in a fair, objective, and collaborative manner.
  • Assign responsibilities, set priorities, and monitor departmental performance.
  • Ensure employees comply with Company procedures, quality standards, health and safety requirements, and professional conduct policies.
  • Identify training needs and support the continuous development of team members.
  • Conduct regular employee evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
  • Ensure that the Company fulfills its obligations toward departmental employees.

10. Compliance, Quality and Corporate Governance

  • Ensure compliance with Company policies, procedures, strategic directives, and applicable legislation.
  • Maintain strict confidentiality regarding Company information and business activities.
  • Ensure adherence to quality management systems, occupational health and safety requirements, environmental standards, and recycling obligations.
  • Report any irregularities, risks, customer complaints, or operational issues to the General Management promptly.
  • Support the implementation and continuous improvement of the Company’s Quality Management System.
  • Maintain an organized, safe, and professional working environment and ensure Company equipment is properly used and maintained.

Qualifications & Experience

-Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.

-Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing role,.

-Excellent command of Greek and English (written and verbal).

-Working knowledge of digital tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.

-Proficiency in MS Office  (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook).

-Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

-Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative and professional approach.

-Creative mindset and ability to propose fresh marketing ideas.

Remuneration – Benefits:

  • 2.600€-2.800€ Gross salary

Working Hours:

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday: 08:15 – 17:30

Wednesday: 08:00 – 14:00

Total: 39 hours per week

  • 21 days of annual leave, plus 1 additional day for every six years of service
