Quantity Surveyor
Civil Engineer

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
- Prepare Payment Certificates for Contractors and Subcontractors.
- Participate in site meetings and coordinate with project stakeholders.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Quantity Surveying or Civil Engineering.
- Registered member of ETEK (Cyprus Scientific and Technical Chamber).
- Minimum of 3 years’ relevant experience in the construction industry.
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel.
- Good command of both Greek and English, written and spoken.
- Valid driving licence and willingness to travel to construction sites as required.
