Employment Terms & Conditions
The main employment terms for the position are as follows:
- Six-day working week, with 46 hours of actual working time per week.
- 25 days of paid annual leave.
- 13th salary.
- 10% discount on personal purchases from the supermarket.
- Gross monthly salary between €2,500 and €2,950, depending on the candidate’s qualifications, experience and overall suitability for the position.
- This is a management and position of trust. Therefore, the successful candidate is expected to demonstrate the flexibility required to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the store. No additional payment will be provided for overtime, work on public holidays or any other additional working hours that may be required as part of the responsibilities of the position.
Required Experience & Skills
Previous experience in a management position within the food retail sector is essential.
