ADMINISTRATOR/SECRETARY
(ADS 999650NI)-NICOSIA
Key Responsibilities:
• Scheduling: Manage appointment schedules, book appointments, and send out reminders.
• Patient Management: Greet patients, check them in and out, handle inquiries, and manage patient records.
• Record Keeping: Maintain patient files, medical histories, and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information.
• Billing and Insurance: Assist with billing procedures, process insurance claims, and handle patient payments.
• Communication: Manage phone calls, emails, and other communications, both internally and with patients.
• Administrative Tasks: Type reports, prepare correspondence, and manage office supplies.
• Referrals: Coordinate patient referrals to other specialists or healthcare providers.
Additional Skills:
• Strong organizational and communication skills: Essential for managing schedules, handling patient interactions, and coordinating with staff and patients.
• Proficiency in medical terminology and computer software: Required for accurately recording information and using electronic health record systems.
• Ability to handle confidential information: Maintain patient privacy and adhere to ethical guidelines.
• Excellent customer service skills: Provide a welcoming and helpful experience for patients.
• Adaptability: Ability to handle a variety of tasks and adjust to changing priorities.
Remuneration – Benefits:
• Up to 1.700€ gross salary (based on previous experience)
