An After-Sales Mechanical Engineer provides crucial technical support to customers after a sale, offering troubleshooting, repairs, and training to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain product performance. They act as a technical liaison between customers and the company, diagnose technical issues , manage spare parts, and provide market feedback to the product development team
An After-Sales Mechanical Engineer provides crucial technical support to customers after a sale, offering troubleshooting, repairs, and training to ensure customer satisfaction and maintain product performance. They act as a technical liaison between customers and the company, diagnose technical issues with heavy equipment, manage spare parts, and provide market feedback to the product development team.
Required Qualifications:
-A degree in Mechanical Engineering.
-Strong technical knowledge of mechanical systems, particularly heavy industrial machinery.
-Excellent problem-solving skills.
-Strong communication skills in both the local and English languages.
Key Responsibilities:
-Technical Support:Providing expert advice and assistance to customers on the technical use and proper functioning of mechanical products.
-Troubleshooting & Repairs:Diagnosing and resolving technical faults and issues in the field.
-Customer Training:Educating customers on the proper use, maintenance, and care of equipment.
-Parts Management:Managing spare parts inventory and ensuring accurate stock records.
-Root Cause Analysis:Performing root cause analysis of product issues to identify the proper parts and solutions.
-Customer Feedback:Communicating with customers to gather feedback on product performance and relaying this information to the product development and marketing teams.
-Work Order Management:Accurately managing and documenting service reports and work orders.
-Relationship Management:Building and maintaining strong relationships with customers.
Remuneration – Benefits:
-Starting Salary: 2.600€ – 3.200€ Gross
