The support takes on many forms and shapes, ranging from technical support with our equipment to clinical application questions across a wide range of indications. It also includes on-site application support and training of medical professionals in hospitals (OR’s) . Our new product and application specialist will also be involved in marketing activities, e.g organizing conference participation/exhibition and the annual distributor seminar. You will report to the Sales and Marketing Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities, include:

  • Communicating with clients to clarify requirements and ensure satisfaction with results
  • Train medical professionals in the most appropriate use of our products
  • Plan and execute medical conference participation and exhibition
  • Participate in the preparation and execution of our annual distributor seminar
  • Conduct video training sessions for distributors
  • Prepare clinical material to support sales activities
  • Maintain/update clinical sections of our website
  • Previous experience with sales would be an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills verbally and written
  • An interest in conducting marketing activities
  • Ability to work independently but also a motivated and enthusiastic team player
  • Native or professional level of English
