Main Responsibilities:
–The Project Manager manages key projects for the clients.
-Project management responsibilities include coordinating and completing projects on time, within budget, and within scope.
–He/she will work directly with clients to ensure that project deliverables fall within the agreed scope and meet the company’s quality standards. The Project Manager will coordinate all departments to ensure that every aspect of each project is successfully completed with high-quality deliverables and within schedule.
–Provides suggestions to the Director for improving departmental performance and organization, ensuring that all projects are delivered in perfect condition and on time.
Duties:
–Coordinates our client teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure flawless project execution.
–Ensures that all projects are delivered on time and within budget.
–Communicates project objectives across all relevant areas (design, ordering, transportation, implementation, and delivery), involving all stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
– Develops detailed project plans to track progress.
-Manages changes in project scope, schedule, and costs as needed.
-Measures project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
-Manages and reports project status as required.
-Manages relationships with clients and all stakeholders.
–Builds and maintains relationships with third parties/suppliers.
-Meets with project clients to obtain detailed instructions and clarifications on specific project requirements.
-Assigns tasks based on staff and partner experience levels for the execution of each project.
-Monitors project performance, particularly to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals.
-Uses and continuously develops leadership skills.
-Participates in meetings and relevant training sessions as required to improve overall performance.
-Performs other related duties as deemed necessary to support the overall success of the projects.
Required Qualifications:
-University degree from a Cypriot or foreign university in Architecture / Interior Design / Civil Engineering
-At least 3 years of professional experience as an Operations or Project Manager
-Proficiency in English
-Knowledge of MS Office
-Strong negotiation and communication skills
