B2C SALES EXECUTIVE – NICOSIA (1500€-1800€ NET)

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Consultant to join our team at our furniture showroom in Nicosia. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a creative, design-driven environment where you’ll help customers turn their houses into homes.

As a sales Consultant, you’ll be the face of the store—guiding customers through their buying journey, recommending furniture and interior solutions that meet their style and needs, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

-Greet customers and offer a warm, welcoming in-store experience

-Understand customer needs and provide expert guidance on furniture selections and interior solutions

-Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers

-Present product features, benefits, and design options in a clear and engaging way

-Create tailored proposals and product presentations based on customer preferences

-Process orders, follow up on customer requests, and ensure timely order completion

-Stay updated on product lines, promotions, store policies, and industry trends

-Keep detailed records of sales activity and client interactions

-Handle customer concerns or order issues professionally and efficiently

-Work collaboratively with the team to meet sales goals and deliver a top-tier customer experience

Requirements:

-Minimum of 2 years’ experience in retail sales or a similar customer-facing role (furniture experience is a plus)

-Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Greek and English,

-Strong interpersonal skills and a natural ability to connect with customers

-Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel and computer literacy

-Well-organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively

-Collaborates and works well within a team environment
