As our Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for winning new business, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

This role is best suited to a dynamic, motivated, and target-driven individual with prior experience in FMCG.

The Business Development Executive is responsible for identifying, evaluating, and capitalizing on new market opportunities, with the goal of increasing market share and strengthening the company’s strategic position. He/She manage sales strategies and create new business opportunities within the market. The role focuses on maximizing sales with both new and existing clients, while ensuring a deep understanding of customer needs — promoting sustainable growth and enhancing the company’s competitiveness.

Key Responsibilities

-Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.

-Identify and pursue new business opportunities

-Conduct product presentations, demos, and proposals tailored to client needs.

-Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signing.

-Market intelligence: Collect and analyze market data, including competitor activity, pricing, and customer preferences, to inform company strategy.

-Strategic collaboration: Work with internal teams (e.g., marketing, sales, and product managers) to align campaigns and ensure successful project delivery and client success.

-Promotional activities: Coordinate and implement promotional programs, and organize events like field trials and demo days.

-Collaborate with the service/support team to ensure smooth onboarding and   

-customer satisfaction.

-Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers in client organisations.

-Stay updated on product roadmap and actively promote new features/modules.

-Represent our client at industry events, networking opportunities, and conferences.

Qualifications

-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field

-Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar sales-related position

-Excellent understanding of the Cypriot FMCG market dynamics, particularly in the Limassol/Paphos regions

-Strong research and analytical skills

-Proven negotiation and persuasion abilities

-Excellent leadership and communication skills

-Commitment to delivering outstanding customer service

-Very good knowledge of MS Office and business software (e.g., CRM systems)

-Excellent command of both Greek and English languages
