As our Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for winning new business, nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will be the face of the company to prospects, ensuring they understand the value of FSM solutions in transforming their operations.

This role is best suited to a dynamic, motivated, and target-driven individual with prior experience in B2B software/IT sales.

Key Responsibilities

-Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.

-Identify and pursue new business opportunities across industries (construction, facilities management, HVAC, utilities, etc.).

-Conduct product presentations, demos, and proposals tailored to client needs.

-Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation to contract signing.

-Collaborate with the service/support team to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.

-Build strong, long-term relationships with decision-makers in client organisations.

-Stay updated on product roadmap and actively promote new features/modules.

-Represent our client at industry events, networking opportunities, and conferences.

Qualifications

-Proven experience in B2B sales, ideally within software, SaaS, or IT solutions.

-Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

-Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

-Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.

-Comfortable engaging with senior executives and decision-makers.

-Fluency in Greek and English (spoken and written).
