Project Manager
The Project Manager is responsible for the full management of specific projects assigned to him/her. This role involves coordinating all phases of the project — from initial planning and organization to construction and final delivery to the client.
Key Responsibilities
-Take full responsibility for the successful completion of assigned projects.
-Develop and monitor project timelines and schedules.
-Plan and organize tasks to ensure timely completion within budget.
-Coordinate and oversee subcontractors.
-Maintain a continuous presence on-site and monitor construction progress.
-Ensure quality control of materials and workmanship; manage any deviations.
-Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
-Maintain regular communication with the client and provide updates on project progress.
-Prepare progress reports and deliver final project documentation.
-Manage project risks and resolve issues as they arise during execution.
Qualifications
-Degree in Civil Engineering and valid professional license to practice.
-5+ years of experience in construction projects within a contracting or construction company.
-Experience in budgeting, cost estimation, and financial monitoring of projects.
-Proven ability to coordinate multiple crews and work teams.
-Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and public authorities.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
-PMP certification or similar project management training will be considered an asset.
