Customer Experience Officer job description should contain a variety of functions and roles including:((Duties and responsibilities):

  • Develop and oversee the customers journey with focus on the actual experience at our clients’ premises, as well as on dedicated events.
  • Plan marketing initiatives and events to support customers acquisition and loyalty management. Update CRM with related activities.
  • Understand and monitor digital marketing activities and digital and social media marketing campaigns.
  • Responding to customer queries in a timely and effective manner, via phone, email, social media, or chat applications.


Required qualifications and skills:

  • At least 5 years of experience in the luxury segment within any industry
  • Demonstrates a strong focus on customer satisfaction and exceptional customer service
  • Displays a passionate, enthusiastic and determined attitude
  • Possesses proficiency in the English language.  (Knowledge of Russian language is a plus)
  • Exhibits strong interpersonal and communicate skills
  • Demonstrates excellent proficiency in MS Office applications

 Remuneration – Benefits:

  •  1.700€ – 1.800€ gross salary (based on previous experience)
  • 13 Payments
