An Electrical Sales Engineer acts as a technical expert who bridges the gap between sales and engineering by selling electrical products and systems to clients, providing technical support, and developing tailored solutions to meet customer needs. Key responsibilities include identifying customer needs, presenting product features and demonstrations, preparing technical proposals and quotes, and maintaining strong client relationships. They must also collaborate with internal teams, gather market intelligence, and work to achieve sales targets. 

Key Responsibilities

-Identifying customer needs and providing technical solutions.

-Presenting product features and conducting demonstrations.

-Preparing technical offers and techno-economic proposals.

-Maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing and potential clients.

-Collaborating with internal departments (technical, commercial, production) for project execution.

-Gathering market intelligence and analyzing competitors.

-Achieving sales targets and contributing to the development of commercial strategy.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, or a related technical field.

-Previous experience in technical sales, pre-sales, or engineering roles related to electrical systems/products.

-Experience in B2B sales, especially in sectors like industrial automation, energy, construction, or manufacturing, is highly valued.

-Strong solution-selling and negotiation skills.

-Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical clients.

-Excellent presentation and communication abilities.

-Capability to build long-term relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Benefits:

Monthly gross salary: €2.000-2.500, depending on qualifications and experience.
