Executive Store Manager

Job Purpose:
Store Manager oversees a retail store’s daily operations, including staff management, sales, and inventory, ensuring profitability and excellent customer service. Key responsibilities involve hiring, training, and scheduling employees, managing stock levels, implementing sales strategies, and maintaining a safe and presentable store environment. They are also responsible for managing store finances, complying with regulations, and representing the brand’s goals to customers and staff.
Key Responsibilities
Sales and Customer Service:
-Driving sales to meet store targets and quotas.
-Ensuring excellent customer service and resolving complaints.
-Implementing promotions and marketing campaigns.
-Maintaining store appearance and visual merchandising.
Staff Management:
-Recruiting, hiring, and training store employees.
-Creating work schedules and assigning duties.
-Providing performance reviews and motivating the team.
-Maintaining a positive work environment and store culture.
Operations and Inventory:
-Managing daily store operations, including opening and closing procedures.
-Overseeing inventory levels, ordering new stock, and managing stock rotation.
-Handling cash, sales data, and financial reporting.
Compliance and Administration:
-Ensuring compliance with health, safety, and other relevant regulations.
-Managing store budgets and controlling costs.
-Liaising with vendors and managing supplier relationships.
