Are you passionate about perfumes, cosmetics and the world of Luxury Retail?
Would you like to work in a 5-Star Luxury Showroom, in a premium environment representing high-end perfumes and cosmetics?
We are looking for a polite, confident, communicative and sales-oriented professional to join our team as a Luxury Beauty Sales Advisor, responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience while achieving sales targets.
WHAT WE OFFER
–€1,400 NET monthly fixed salary
–Monthly Commission / Performance Bonus
–Total monthly earnings from approximately €1,800++ NET, depending on performance
–13 salaries per year
–Work in a 5-Star Luxury Showroom

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Welcome and professionally assist customers
- Present and promote premium perfumes and cosmetics
- Understand customers’ needs and provide personalised product recommendations
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Maintain the boutique/showroom to the highest luxury standards
- Handle daily sales and transactions
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
- Create a sophisticated and memorable customer experience
THE PROFILE WE ARE LOOKING FOR
- Previous experience in Sales, Retail, Beauty, Cosmetics, Perfumes or Luxury Retail will be considered a strong advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Pleasant, confident and professional personality
- Strong customer-service and sales orientation
- Very good command of Greek and English
- Comfortable communicating with international clientele
- Genuine interest in Luxury Perfumes & Cosmetics
- Positive attitude, professionalism and attention to detail
We are not simply looking for a Salesperson. We are looking for someone who can represent a luxury brand and create a truly premium experience for every customer.

€1,400 NET + Commission | Total earnings approximately €1,800++ NET/month
