MARKETING ASSISTANT

We are looking to hire a marketing assistant with outstanding organizational and research skills. Marketing coordinators are expected to be creative individuals with fantastic communication skills and excellent time management.

The role focuses on maintaining and strengthening customer relationships after the sale of a product or service. They ensure customer satisfaction, handle complaints and may offer additional sales opportunities through upsells and cross-sells. This role is critical to building customer loyalty and driving long-term business.

Core Responsibilities:

Customer Relationship Management:
• Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, proactively addressing their needs and concerns and ensuring they feel valued.
• Complaints Handling:
• Investigating and resolving customer complaints in an effective and efficient manner.
• Warranty and Service Management:
• Handling warranty claims, coordinating service appointments and managing parts.
• Sales and Upselling:
• Identifying opportunities for upselling or cross-selling additional products or services to existing customers.
• Performance Monitoring:
• Monitoring customer satisfaction levels, analyzing post-sale data and identifying areas for improvement.
• Problem Solving:
• Providing assistance and troubleshooting for customer issues.

Communication:

• Effectively communicating with customers, both internally and externally, to ensure clear communication and understanding.
• Responding to customers electronically regarding their orders
• Arranging couriers for product pickup.
• Packaging small boxes (perfumes – creams etc.)

Process Improvement:

Working to improve processes and after-sales procedures to enhance the customer experience.

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Self-motivated with a high level of confidence.
• Perfect English
• Bachelors degree in marketing/communications or related (essential).
• Critical thinker with strong problem-solving and research proficiencies.
• Solid organizational skills and detail oriented.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, package.

• The Company offers an attractive remuneration package, based on qualifications and experience.

• SALARY €1.400 – €1.500 NET(depending on experience and skills)
