Job Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3 years’ experience in a personal assistant and administration role
- Dedication to high standards, ability to demonstrate accuracy and performing at best practice level
- Strong analytical problem-solving and workflow process skills within a team environment
- Solution oriented mindset
- Excellent communication, organizational, and follow up skills
- Superior attention to detail
- Ability to work through questions and concerns collaboratively
- Customer service oriented and a friendly disposition
- To assist and support the CEO;
- To help with the correspondence and the phone calls of the Directors;
- To manage the diaries and organize the meetings and the appointments
- To manage databases and filling systems in the office;
- To remain knowledgeable on all the occurrences happening in our client company
- To liaise with co-workers, suppliers and ensure proper customer service;
- To build productive trust relationships with the co-workers and the customers
- Experience with MS OFFICE
- Administration experience
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing, or administration
- English, Greek
- knowledge of MS Office
- Communication skills
Remuneration – Benefits:
- 2.000€ – 2500€ gross salary
- 13th salary
