Regional Sales Manager

As a Sales Manager, you will play a vital role in the team’s success by managing the B2B and B2C sales function. You will help drive performance in: direct marketing, new customer growth and service programs as well. Successful Sales Managers understand long-lasting customer relationships are about first names and building trust

Job Duties


-Direct responsibility for managing the store and daily coordination and supervision of the Sales team

-Receiving and processing incoming customer inquiries

-Visiting customers to promote products and provide advice on aluminum systems and products

-Designing and implementing a business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its presence in the market

-Coordinating the order and delivery process

-Seeking new projects and expanding the network of partners and customers

-Continuous monitoring and analysis of market trends

-Building and promoting meaningful, long-term relationships with partners/customers through the process of identifying their needs and providing appropriate solutions

-Drive sales by building authentic customer relationships

-Set and achieve weekly and monthly sales goals

-Review and close agreements as directed by the sales policy.

Provide outstanding service and promptly resolve customer concerns

Position Requirements

-5 years of previous sales management experience as Sales Manager

-Good communication and interpersonal relationship skills

-Management skills

-Maintain professional appearance

-University degree

-Outstanding ability in organizing and managing the Sales team

-Excellent administrative and negotiation skills

-Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks

-Ability to set and achieve goals

-Good computer skills

-Proficiency in both Greek and English

-Ability to work and make rational decisions under pressure

-Integrity of character

-Mechanical/technical knowledge and skills will be considered an additional advantage

-Previous experience in the construction industry will be considered an additional advantage

Benefits:

-Monthly Salary 4.000€- 5.000 Gross
-13th salary
-14th salary (83.33% of the monthly salary)
-6% Pension Fund after one year of employment with the company (optional)
-21 days of annual leave (Easter, Christmas, and 3 weeks in August when the company is closed, which are included)
-Monday to Friday workweek (38 hours per week)
-Loyalty Card after completing 6 months
