Key Duties and Responsibilities

-Develop and manage a B2B client portfolio, aiming to expand market presence and achieve strategic objectives.

-Identify customer needs and provide tailored solutions (solutions selling approach).

-Draft, negotiate, and manage commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies.

-Collaborate with the Technical Support, Operations, and Finance departments to ensure seamless delivery of products/services.

-Monitor market trends and competitors to provide insights and recommendations for new growth opportunities.

-Achieve both quantitative and qualitative sales targets set by the company.

-Build and maintain long-term, trust-based relationships with key clients.

Required Qualifications

-Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in Contract or Solution Selling sectors.

-Basic knowledge of Interior Design principles.

-Excellent command of Greek and English (both written and spoken).

-Strong team spirit with a focus on achieving predefined goals.

-Excellent negotiation, communication, and time management skills.

-Proficiency in using computers and programs such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

-Strategic thinking and the ability to understand complex business needs.

-Familiarity with CRM tools and the MS Office suite.

Position Objectives

The B2B Salesperson – Contract & Solutions contributes directly to the sustainable growth of the company by strengthening relationships with business clients and providing solutions that enhance value for both the customer and the business.

Benefits:

Monthly gross salary: €2,100 to €2,400, depending on qualifications and experience.
