Ratarious Management (www.ratariousmanagement.eu ), is looking for a qualified and experienced Administrator who will undertake administrative tasks. Our client is well-known company in the field of Medicine.

Responsibilities:

  • As administration secretary the tasks will include client service, office administration.
  • The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. Follows the major duties & responsibilities involved in this position.
  • Arranges the meetings and keeps electronic records
  • Updates the telephone list
  • Answers and screens the incoming phone calls
  • Handles all visitors
  • Review the generic email inbox daily and respond as required.
  • Disseminate emails to the correct department or concerned personnel to carry communication forward.
  • Provides daily assistant to the Manager
  • Follows the procedures

Qualifications – Experience:

  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent Greek & English Language
  • Strong analytical and time-management skills
  • Excellent multitasking and interpersonal abilities

Remuneration – Benefits:

  •  1.300€ – 1.500€ Net Salary
  • 13th salary
  • Monday to Friday,
  • Flexibility in working hours
