Responsibilities:
- As administration secretary the tasks will include client service, office administration.
- The ideal candidate will be competent in prioritizing and working with little supervision. They will be self-motivated and trustworthy. Follows the major duties & responsibilities involved in this position.
- Arranges the meetings and keeps electronic records
- Updates the telephone list
- Answers and screens the incoming phone calls
- Handles all visitors
- Review the generic email inbox daily and respond as required.
- Disseminate emails to the correct department or concerned personnel to carry communication forward.
- Provides daily assistant to the Manager
- Follows the procedures
Qualifications – Experience:
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent Greek & English Language
- Strong analytical and time-management skills
- Excellent multitasking and interpersonal abilities
Remuneration – Benefits:
- 1.500€ – 1.900€ Gross Salary
- 13th salary
- Monday to Friday,
