The role is responsible to provide support to the Management in hiring, training, administrative tasks, and ad hoc requests, to ensure the smooth operation of the Shop in Limassol

STORE MANAGER (SM 998745RL) – LIMASSOL

Our client is an international company (office furniture’s). Equally important has been the company’s emphasis on quality, creativity and innovation, enhancing its leadership in office furniture’s  retail distribution. The company has become interested in creating, operating and managing new concept Stores.

Your main accountabilities:

  • Knowledge of guest service fundamentals and experience building and managing a guest first team culture across the store
  • Skills in guest engagement; problem solving and resolution
  • Knowledge of retail business fundamentals
  • Experience setting and planning department (s) monthly/quarterly workload to support business priorities and managing a team to deliver service and sales goals
  • Experience managing a team  and creating strategies and goals
  • Skills in recruiting, selecting and talent management of hourly team members and leaders
  • Create a guest-obsessed culture that prioritizes the guest experience and delivers on store sales goals
  • Anticipate staffing needs, talent plan and recruit – both long and short term.
  • Quickly respond to any negative guest shopping experience by de-escalating the situation and ensuring your team understands and feels supported to make things right for the guest.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • People skills with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
  • The ability to work in high-pressure situations.
  • Be able to read and understand sales data.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a high level of confidence.
  • Perfect English

Remuneration – Benefits:

  •  1.700 -2.000 gross salary
  • 13th salary
  • Extra Bonus 400€ monthly
