MACHINERY MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN

The person we hire will be responsible for the proper operation, maintenance, and repair of our factory machinery, ensuring the smooth running of production and safety in the workplace.
Key Responsibilities
-Maintenance and repair of production machinery and equipment.
-Diagnosis of technical issues and immediate resolution of problems.
-Regular inspection and preventive maintenance of equipment.
-Collaboration with the production department to minimize downtime.
-Maintaining maintenance records and reports on damages or improvements.
-Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and accident prevention measures.
Required Qualifications
-Degree or equivalent technical training.
-Previous experience in factory machinery maintenance.
-Knowledge of electrical and mechanical systems.
-Ability to analyze and resolve technical problems.
-Knowledge of automation systems.
-Good physical condition and sense of responsibility.
-Team spirit and strong communication skills.
Benefits:
-Cost of Living Allowance (COLA)
-Salary based on experience – €1,800 – €2,300
-Full-time employment, Monday to Friday (07:30 a.m. – 16:30 p.m.) &
Saturdays (07:30 a.m. – 13:30 p.m.)
-25 days of paid annual leave.
-Provident Fund after 6 months.
-13th salary.
