ARCHITECT – INTERIOR
(ARI 9997V9PA)-PAPHOS
Our client is one of the fastest-growing real estate development companies in Paphos, is seeking a talented Interior Designer or Architect to join its dynamic team.
This position is ideal for a creative and detail-oriented professional with a strong aesthetic sense and solid technical understanding, capable of managing the interior design and finishes process from concept to completion.
The selected candidate will work closely with clients and the technical team to deliver refined, functional, and elegant living spaces that reflect the company’s high standards of quality and design.
Key Responsibilities
-Meet with clients to discuss preferences, requirements, and design direction.
-Guide clients through the selection of materials, finishes, kitchens, and furniture.
-Prepare drawings, presentations, and specifications needed for project execution.
-Coordinate with suppliers for quotations, orders, and timely deliveries.
-Work closely with architects, engineers, and site teams to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
-Keep organized records of client approvals, materials, and project files.
-Follow up on-site progress and assist in resolving any design-related matters.
Required Qualifications
-Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or a related field.
-Excellent command of English and Greek (spoken and written).
-Knowledge of AutoCAD, MS Office, and presentation tools (PowerPoint, etc.).
-Strong organizational and communication skills with a customer-oriented approach.
-Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
