Position: Business Development Manager – Cyprus
Reporting To: Managing Director – Cyprus
Role Purpose
To strength our client’s market leadership in Cyprus by ensuring systematic market coverage, proactive tender identification, and strategic project acquisition.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and identify all relevant upcoming projects and tenders in Cyprus.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants,
developers, and main contractors.
- Ensure our client is pre-qualified and well-positioned in key projects.
- Coordinate internally with estimation, technical, and management teams
during tender stage.
- Support senior management in market strategy and expansion planning.
- Maintain structured reporting on pipeline, leads, and conversion status.
Key Objectives (KPIs)
- Zero missed strategic tender opportunities.
- Measurable increase in tender invitations.
- Strong pipeline visibility (6–12 months forward).
- Secured projects aligned with annual targets.
- Strengthened brand presence in the Cyprus market.
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 10+ years’ experience in business development/commercial roles in construction or real estate.
- Established network in Cyprus market.
- Fluent Greek & English.
- Strong PR, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Strategic, disciplined, and market-driven mindset.
