MARKETING SPECIALIST

 (MS 969083CPA)- PAPHOS

We are seeking a creative, proactive, and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our client’s team. The successful candidate will contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies, strengthen brand awareness, support promotional activities, and help drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage social media accounts and coordinate digital marketing activities.
  • Create engaging marketing content for websites, social media, and other communication channels.
  • Coordinate advertising campaigns, events, and promotional activities.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify market trends and business opportunities.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare marketing reports using relevant KPIs.
  • Maintain and update website content and marketing materials.
  • Collaborate with internal departments, external agencies, and other partners.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in a marketing position.
  • Good knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and online advertising.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics tools and graphic design platforms will be considered an advantage.
  • Excellent command of Greek and English.
