to support our client expansion (the leader in IT – Hardware industry in Cyprus). The responsibilities of a Business Development Manager include, New and potential clients’ targets defined together with the Management. Ensuring overall Customers management in coordination with After Sales Manager.
Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:
– Develop and execute a sales plan to generate new business and expand existing accounts in the wholesale IT industry
– Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders
– Identify potential growth areas and develop strategies to increase sales and revenue
– Understand customer needs and market trends to develop targeted sales strategies
– Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product development, marketing, and sales activities
– Develop and maintain sales forecasts, budgets, and performance metrics to track progress and identify areas for improvement
– Provide input to senior management on market trends and customer needs to guide overall business strategy
– Attend conferences, trade shows, and other industry events to network and generate leads
- Build and maintain relations with Prospects and Clients developing structured contact plans
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field
– Minimum of 5 years’ experience in IT sales, preferably in the wholesale segment(not mandatory )
– Proven track record of generating new business and expanding existing accounts
– Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills
– Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
– Strong understanding of the latest trends and technologies in the IT industry
– Fluency in the Greek language, both speaking and writing
