SALES EXECUTIVE IN CAR INDUSTRY – NICOSIA

Ratarious Management (www.ratariousmanagement.eu ), is looking for a qualified and experienced SALES EXECUTIVE, to support our client sales department (Group of Companies- Luxury Cars).  The responsibilities of a SALES EXECUTIVE include, New and Pre-owned Sales targets defined together with the Management. Ensuring overall Customers management in coordination with After Sales Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Achieving new and pre-owned sales targets

• Welcoming New and Pre-Owned Customers according to the Dealership guidelines

• Answering to phone / e-mail/ web enquiries to New and pre-Owned sales

• Performing test-drives and collecting Customer’s opinions

• Ensuring that the customer receives the post-delivery / follow up phone call to check post-sale Customer satisfaction

• Communicating daily with After Sales dept. to ensure effective appraisal of all vehicles within service

• Management of the pre-owned business KPIs (stock rotation, residual value, inventory value, etc.) and Action Plan definition

• Coordinating with After Sales Manager on all matters related to pre-owned vehicle sales

• Convey to Prospects, Brand experience, heritage and racing history

• Build and maintain relations with Prospects and Clients developing structured contact plans

• Ensuring compliancy of showroom operation standards defined by the company

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field
  • 5 + years experience in sales, especially in the automotive industry. Experience in the luxury segment within any industry is a plus
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with customers, team members, and senior management
  •  Ability to build rapport and trust with customers
  • Strong focus on customer satisfaction and exceptional customer service
  • High level of integrity and professionalism
  • Displays a passionate, enthusiastic and determined attitude
  • Excellent command of the English language. (Knowledge of other languages is a plus)
  • Excellent command of MS Office applications and CRM software
  • Drivers License
