We have an opportunity for a CFO of our Client to join the team at the headquarters in Limassol of Cyprus. As our CFO you will be responsible for taking ownership of all financial planning, analysis, control and reporting, working alongside other department heads and directors to ensure the objectives contained within the region’s budgets/forecasts are met in a cost-effective manner.

- Professional accountancy qualification
- Significant experience in a senior Finance position
- Should ideally have worked at a senior level.
- Demonstrable strong financial management and commercial experience and track record of supporting business growth
- Well-developed analytical, oral and presentation/communication skills
- Ability to formulate financial plans (long term and tactical) and ensure full engagement
- Profile to lead at a senior level and able to demonstrate the ability to influence change and build strong financial management within the business.
- The CFO must be capable of maintaining a high level of energy and team spirit that enhances goal attainment

More about the CFO role…
Act as the financial conscience, supporting the Managing Director in appraising proposals and opportunities and ensuring full awareness of all key financial matters.
Contribute to the investments, identifying notable risks
Deal with specific cost issues including provision requirements and work with the team members to limit the financial effect of such issues.
Direct and review the budgeting and forecasting process including detailed reviews with members of the board of directors.
Prepare weekly profit outlooks for the end of the current quarter taking information from sales and legal as to what will be achieved.
Provide clear leadership, direction and motivation of staff within the department to ensure that work programmes are fulfilled in accordance with the budgets/forecasts.
Attend Management Team/Board meetings to advise on financial and commercial issues.
Ensure that the team is aware of its progress towards achieving the Region’s financial targets and if practicable, influence accordingly.
Key linkage to the Division with significant interaction with Divisional Managing Director.
Remuneration – Benefits:
- Minimum Salary: 45.500€ Gross
- Maximum Salary: 59.000€ Gross
