PRODUCTION MECHANICAL ENGINEER

A Production Engineer is responsible for planning, organizing, and optimizing manufacturing and production processes within industrial or manufacturing environments. Their primary objective is to maximize operational efficiency, minimize production costs, and ensure consistent product quality while maintaining compliance with safety and quality standards.
Qualifications
· Fluent in Greek (written and spoken).
· Good command of English (written and spoken).
· Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
· Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
· Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
· Professionalism, reliability, and a strong sense of responsibility, combined with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to collaborate effectively within a team and across departments.
· Minimum of 2–3 years of relevant work experience.
Key Responsibilities
· Plan, organize, supervise, and oversee mechanical engineering projects.
· Monitor and coordinate the production process to ensure efficient operations.
· Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for production machinery.
· Provide guidance and training on the proper operation and handling of production equipment.
Remuneration – Benefits:
