STORE MANAGER – SALES PERSON

A Store Manager oversees daily retail operations, drives sales growth, and manages staff to meet business goals. Key responsibilities include recruiting and training employees, ensuring high customer service standards, maintaining inventory, controlling costs, and executing visual merchandising strategies.
Duties and Responsibilities:
-Responsible for the smooth operation of the store
-Responsible for the accurate dispatch of orders
-Inventory management and maintenance of stock records
-Inspection of products for defects and damages
-Monitoring and verification of incoming and outgoing shipments
-Organization and maintenance of warehouse space
-Receiving, unloading, and proper placement of incoming spare parts based on type
-Review, verification, and completion of customer invoices, and coordination with the accounting department for opening accounts for new clients
-Ensuring compliance with all company health and safety regulations
-Contributing ideas for improving and optimizing warehouse procedures
-Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse on a daily basis
-Liaising with company and external suppliers and placing orders
Qualifications:
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
-Strong team player with solid organizational abilities
Effective time management skills
Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
-High level of integrity, professional ethics, responsibility, initiative, and sound judgment
-Methodical and practical mindset with a strong focus on achieving results
-Proficient in the use of technology (Windows, Microsoft Office, etc.)
-Good knowledge of warehouse data management systems
-Good command of both Greek and English languages
